Dough Dash admits to hair product scam

Dough Dash scammed over 500 customers because she couldn't afford to cover the cost of shipping. Instead of refunding back her clients funds, she makes videos of her crying trying to be the victim. How is Dough Dash the victim when shes the one scamming?
