Southern Trains at Hove and Barnham on December 8th 2018

1st time filmed at Hove and Barnham stations on the West Coastway Line featuring Southern Trains.

Although Hove is an addition to this because after my train from Brighton on the day got cancelled so took another train to Hove and decided to spend 30 minutes trainspotting there until my train came in to take me to Barnham.

Hove
1 & 2. Arriving on Platform 2 is a 3 car Class 313 on a Southern Service from West Worthing to Brighton which on departure calls at Brighton only.

3. Arriving on Platform 3 to terminate at Hove is a 3 car Class 313 on a shuttle service from Brighton

4 & 5. Arriving on Platform 2 is a 4 car Class 377 on a service from Portsmouth Harbour to Brighton calling at Brighton only when it departs and eventually would be my train to take to Barnham after I finished at Hove.

6 & 7. Arriving on Platform 2 is a 4 car Class 377 on a Southern service from Littlehampton via Hove which on departure divert into the Cliftonville Tunnel and join up with the Brighton Mainline via Platform 3 at Preston Park and later join up with a service at Haywards Heath from Eastbourne.

8. Arriving on Platform 1 having come from the Brighton Mainline through the Cliftonville Tunnel is a 8 car Class 377 on a Southern service to Littlehampton from London Victoria which divided early from another service to Ore at Haywards Heath.

9. Departing Platform 1 is the Class 313 on a shuttle service back to Brighton whilst departing Platform 1 is the 8 car Class 377 to Littlehampton to it's next stop at Portslade.

10. Last train from Hove is the 1st train in the video coming back from Brighton bound for West Worthing. On departure it calls next at Aldrington.

Barnham
1. Departing Platform 2 is a 4 car Class 377 on a Southern service to Portsmouth Harbour with next stop at Chichester

2. Departing Platform 1 is a 3 car Class 313 on a shuttle Southern service to Bognor Regis calling at Bognor Regis only.

3 & 4. Arriving on Platform 2 is a 4 car Class 377 on a Southern service from London Victoria to Southampton Central having divided with another train bound for Bognor Regis. On departure it's next stop is Chichester

5. Arriving on Platform 3 is a 8 car Class 377 on a Southern service from Bognor Regis to London Victoria. On departure it's next stop is Ford.

6 & 7. Arriving on Platform is a 4 car Class 377 on a service to Brighton from Portsmouth Harbour whist arriving on Platform 2 is a Class 313 on a service from Littlehampton to Portsmouth & Southsea. The service to Brighton departs with it's next stop at Angerming whilst on departure from Platform 2 the Class 313s next stop is at Chichester.

8. Arriving on Platform 1 is a 8 car Class 377 on a Southern Service to Bognor Regis from London Victoria having divided with a 4 car set at Horsham which is bound for Southampton Central.

9 & 10. Arriving on Platform 3 is a Class 313 on a service to Littlehampton from Bognor Regis as the 8 car Class 377 departs Platform 1. The 313 departs away to it's next stop at Ford.

11. Arriving on Platform 2 is a 4 car Class 377 on a service to Southampton Central from Brighton.

12 & 13. Arriving on Platform 3 is a 4 car Class 377 on a service to London Victoria from Southampton Central just as the Southampton Central bound service departs Platform 2 to it's next stop at Chichester. The 4 car Class 377 departs Platform 3 to it's next stop at Horsham where it will join up with a 8 car set from Bognor Regis forming a 12 car set to London Victoria and followed with last train of the video is a 3 car Class 313 on a service from Littlehampton to Bognor Regis arriving on Platform 1 calling at Bognor Regis when it departs away.
