I LOVE THIS GAME!!!
This is the (in)famous Super Nintendo port of Doom, on an actual copy of the game into an actual Super NES! It's a miracle that this thing even exists, thanks to the wizardry of Randy Linden. It's actually not too difficult once you get the hang of the controls, thanks to enemy AI and a couple other differences between the SNES version and other versions of Doom.
In this video, I play through all of episode 1 Knee-Deep in the Dead that is on the cartridge, including the secret level Military Base. The SNES version omits Central Processing. I don't 100% everything, but that's okay. Catch episode 2 in the (hopefully near) future!

I am doing this playthrough in anticipation of the updated Limited Run Games 2025 remaster of SNES Doom, with Randy Linden himself returning to work on it! I have that, along with the rumble controller, pre-ordered. Super excited!
Recorded with a Game Pak of Doom on an SNES into an SVHS VCR. No emulation.
