Earlier, I acquired an artifact called "Super Serum" from a Domain-era medical laboratory, which, when 'equipped' on my fleet, lowers my global crew requirements considerably, and also reduces crew lost in combat. Quite a good find!
Almost moreso is the Grendel-class phase cruiser I also find floating around in the middle of deep space. Grendel is a very rare hull, and quite a reliable phase cruiser, especially since its Rugged Construction integrated hullmod halves the negative effects of D-mods, which it almost always comes with.
