N.H. Pritchard - 8 Poems from Destinations (Four Contemporary American Poets) LP

Key member of Umbra, experimental African-American poet Norman H. Pritchard is found here reading eight poems, from the scarce 1966 lp, Destinations (Four Contemporary American Poets). Produced by Wilmer F. Lucas, Jr, and released by Essence; A Division of Powertree Records, INC, the album also features readings by Paul Blackburn, Calvin C. Hernton, & Jerome Badanes. Apart from his inclusion on the Folkways "New Jazz Poets" album from several years later, this is the only commercially released recording of Pritchard's that I am aware of.
