Overall Thoughts:
I thought this was overall a really nice experience. There isn't much differentiating flagship first and business on these A321T aircraft besides a more private seat. The whole service is almost identical. That said the flight crew were quite friendly and professional. Seat was very comfy especially with all the bedding. Food was decent but could be improved. All in all, a nice way to cross the country and a great chance to check out a product that will be going away very soon.
