As can be seen in the foreground, CSX is busy trying to work around a T&S gang replacing ties between Opelika, AL and West Point, GA.
On a cool Friday Morning I caught a northbound CSX G train with empty hoppers headed north. It stopped to wait on the dispatcher to line it for the CTC portion of the line just north at Gabbetville where the KIA plant is located. The train had a surprise running second in position, a ATSF superfleet GE. As you watch the train, notice the ex CNW cars, of which two are ex ROCK ACF cars still in the bankruptcy blue, now sporting First Union Bank Leasing reporting marks (FURX) for its third owner.
