My mom shared this recipe with me a year ago, and this has become such a staple in our house!! It is the perfect easy & full of flavour recipe for a delicious tomato meat sauce, and NEVER disappoints. Using and simmering strained tomatoes to make pasta sauce has been a total game-changer.
