Lev Aharon Darts vs. Mikdash Munchers, Rivalry Game 🔥

Old friends from Brooklyn and high school clashed in this intense matchup. The Darts came out cold once again, with backup QB Meyer Sakkal (in for Jack Braha) throwing 2 early INTs, one leading to a TD by Mikdash Melech's TE Charles Sultan. Munchers up 6-0.

But the Darts defense locked in and didn’t give up another point. Led by star CB Josh Chabbott (2 INTs, Player of the Game), Lev Aharon went on a dominant 20-0 run to seal the W.

With the Darts tied 6-6 to start the 2nd Half, CB Steven Franco jumps a route for a clutch INT, setting up the offense with momentum. On the very next drive, QB Meyer Sakkal connects with Coach Chooch for the Darts’ first lead of the game.

Then came the trickery.
Coach calls to go for 2 and intentionally false starts, pushing the ball back to the 15-yard line. Why? In AFI rules, you can't run from the 10 on extra points, but from the 15, it’s fair game. With a mobile QB like Meyer, it was the perfect setup.

Mikdash coach David Miz can be heard laughing, thinking the Darts had botched their play only to be stunned moments later as Meyer Sakkal scrambles in for 2 to make it 14-6, flipping the momentum completely.


Now heading into the bye at 2-1-1, this marks:

3rd time scoring 20+ unanswered
