This story is about a boy named Arjun from a small village. He was hardworking but always negative. He believed that being poor meant he could never achieve anything in life.

One day, a saint visited his village and said, “Change your thinking, and your life will change.” Arjun asked, “Will changing my thoughts end my poverty?” The saint gave him two seeds — one he threw in dirt, and the other he planted in good soil and watered daily.

After a few weeks, the seed in dirt rotted, while the other grew into a plant. The saint said, “Your mind is like these seeds. Negative thoughts are destroyed, but positive thinking helps you grow.”

That day, Arjun changed his mindset. He started saying, “I will try” instead of “I can’t.” He studied hard, used local resources, and never gave up.

Years later, he became a government officer. When he returned to his village, people who once looked down on him now respected him.

He told the children, “The day I changed my thinking, my life changed. Remember — change your mindset, and your life will change.”
