Hi, I shall be posting a few machine shop videos on certain home projects. The project currently in progress is the manufacture of a Hodgson 9 cylinder radial engine, here is one of the 9 cylinders being manually cut from bar stock.
Material 12L14
Lathe AMA 280VF (similar to a Grizzly distributed, Chinese manufacture model
Tools - 0.031" home ground parting tool from 1/4" square HSS.
Indexed tool holder and boring bar. Various drills up to 18mm.
Hope to provide practical visuals those who have similar interests..
