Welcome to MindPebble, where we explore three pathways to deeper understanding and wellbeing: Nature, the Mind, and Family History. Each approach offers a chance to reconnect - with yourself, your surroundings, and your roots - and to discover what resonates with you right now.
Through Nature, find calm, balance, and restoration. Through Mind, gain awareness, understanding, and insight into how your thoughts and feelings shape your life. Through Family History, uncover the patterns and experiences passed down through generations, and see how they may still be affecting you today.

In this introductory video I give an overview of my holistic approach to healing and how I can help you with excessive anxiety, overwhelm, chronic pain, phobias or a feeling of not fitting in or not belonging.

At MindPebble, my holistic approach combines three threads of healing:
• Mind Healing – I guide you as we work directly with your thoughts, emotions, and subconscious patterns to understand them and change them where necessary to become the version of yourself you actually want to be.
• Nature Healing – We use the calming presence of nature to restore balance and clarity. To give you space to breathe and reconnect with what truly matters. Scientific research shows that spending time in nature, from inhaling phytoncides released by trees to soaking in natural light and fresh air, can boost immune function, reduce stress, improve mood, and sharpen focus. 🌳☀️
• Family History Healing – We explore ancestral influences to understand recurring patterns and behaviours carried over generations and which still affect you today, often without you realising it. Research in epigenetics and psychology shows that reflecting on our family history can increase self-awareness, strengthen a sense of identity, and foster feelings of rootedness and belonging.
These three threads are woven together to create a bespoke healing pathway, personalised to your needs. The videos in this playlist provide reflective exercises, guided insights, and calming visuals to support your journey of self-understanding and emotional restoration.
You can extend this exploration through personalised sessions, either in person at the MindPebble Healing Retreat or online, blending mind work, nature, and ancestral insights in a way tailored just for you.
