Lethal Arrow: The IDF Exercise of 2020

On October 29th, 2020, the IDF General Staff exercise "Lethal Arrow" came to a close, marking a step forward in the IDF’s offensive capabilities, with particular emphasis on preparedness in the north. As part of the exercise, the General Staff, the Israeli Navy, Israeli Air Force, and Ground Forces trained in a variety of combat scenarios and exercised new processes in order to improve the cooperation and coordination between the headquarters and forces in the field.

As part of the exercise, the 'Red Unit'—the new enemy simulation unit of the Ground Forces––was activated.
