The Gadabout dad jumps on a Catamaran at Rodney Bay, St Lucia and travels down to Soufriere to view the Pitons; take a refreshing waterfall dip; bathe in sulphur springs; have refreshments at a plantation and go snorkelling. Then after a long day of sightseeing, drinking and eating I return back to Rodney Bay before taking the treacherous drive back to the Bel Jou hotel in Castries.
