Newer fans may not be aware, and some older fans may have even forgotten, but the games of the Kingdom Hearts franchise have often gained new content after their initial releases. The HD collections, which are now easily available on multiple platforms, contain the latest editions of each instalment, but do you know how much of their content WASN'T available at their respective launches?
