Most of my PBs in this event have had glaring errors, but I actually think that this one is pretty solid (at least apart from a mis-timed jump or two, and the decent but not optimal item RNG.)
This is actually my second PB of tonight's session (I got a 1:43.316 about an hour before this record was set) but the one before that (which I uploaded to YouTube) was set over six months ago, all the way back in July.
The main reason for not PBing in so long is that other events have taken my attention, and to be honest this event is kind of a pain to grind. However, I feel a little more motivated now; partly because I've finally had some success here, but also learning some new strategies (particularly the halfpipe jump towards the beginning, which I tried out after seeing a video from @npccommander72 )
