Pretty fun level. Not very hard in any specific way. This is my 3rd extreme and technically a hardest, but I have big runs on levels harder than this, so it was a breeze. I would give it a 7/10. The gameplay was fun and satisfying to play but the first 15% was so much harder than the rest of the level that it felt very annoying to play. If I were to change one thing about the level it would be to reduce the number of clicks in the UFO part right before the drop.
~7k attempts (mostly old)
(I have 48% and 25-100 on Bloodbath so I might beat that soon)
