EP49 安達臣新發展區路線概覽 九龍半山對外交通提升 New transportation in Anderson New Development Area 安達臣の路線バスとミニーバスのご紹介

上世紀用作石礦場的大上托，經過七年的發展後，搖身一變成為安達臣新發展區。作為近年規模較大的新發展區，該帶的房屋項目預計將有合共2.5萬人居住。為照顧日後的交通需求，運輸署為安達臣新發展區推出多條招標路線，並分別由九巴及專線小巴營運。

今年三月底開始，首批共三條路線分階段投入服務，連接彩虹及鑽石山、港島北岸和將軍澳。當中前兩者的接駁由九巴負責，並主要使用純電動巴士行走；而最後者的接駁則交由轉線小巴營運。這種混合營運模式與粉嶺皇后山及大埔富蝶的情況相近，從而令區內有多於一個營運商。

雖然上述路線的主要目的，是為安達臣新發展區提供接駁市區的服務，但它們的出現同時改善附近九龍半山的交通網絡，尤其以安泰、安達及寶達最受惠。今集會跟大家深入安達臣新發展區，介紹及實測這三條路線，並分析它們對九龍半山交通網絡帶來的變化。今次拍攝除了有幸探索新地方外，也發現純電動巴士的技術比最初引入時有明顯進步。請細心欣賞！

Tai Shing Tok, which was used as a quarry in the century, is transformed into the Anderson New Development Area after seven years of development. Being one of the larger new development areas in recent years, the housing projects in this area are expected to accommodate a total of 25,000 residents. To meet future transportation needs, the Transport Department introduced several tender routes for the New Development Area, which are operated by KMB and a minibus operator.

Starting from the end of March 2025, the first batch of three routes is gradually put into service. They connect Choi Hung and Diamond Hill, the northern coast of Hong Kong Island, as well as Tseung Kwan O. KMB’s routes connect the first two places, and they mainly use electric buses, while the minibus operator’s route connects Tseung Kwan O. This hybrid model is similar to the situation in Fanling Queen's Hill and Tai Po Fu Tip, allowing for more than one operator in the area.

Although the main purpose of these routes is to provide connections from Anderson New Development Area to the Urban, their introduction also improves the transport network in the nearby Kowloon Mid-Levels, especially benefiting On Tai, On Tat, and Po Tat. In this episode, we will take an in-depth look at New Development Area, which I will introduce and test these three routes, as well as analyze the changes they bring to the Kowloon Mid-Levels transport network. This episode not only gives me an opportunity to explore new places but also reveals significant improvements in the technology of electric buses.. Please enjoy!
