Ukraine and Russia Exchange Over 500 Prisoners in Major Swap

Ukraine and Russia exchanged over 500 prisoners of war on April 19. President Zelensky confirmed 277 Ukrainian troops returned, while Russia said 246 servicemen were received. Both sides reported wounded soldiers among the released. Since 2022, 4,552 Ukrainians have been freed. The UAE was thanked for facilitating the exchange.
