This week, we will be checking out my cousin-in-law's wedding dinner at PARKROYAL Collection Marina Bay. It was an 8 course Chinese wedding banquet. Here are the dishes:
1) Combination Platter: prawn on fruit salad, smoked duck and pineapple salsa, char siew chicken yam puff, satay chicken lollipop, drunken chicken with shao xing jelly.
2) Treasures from the South China Sea with Fish Lip Collagen, Fish Maw, Crabmeat and Scallop.
3) Pink Himalayan Salt Baked Boneless Chicken.
4) Steamed 'Live' Black Garoupa in Teochew Style.
5) Ocean Prawn with Roasted Oat and Almond Flakes.
6) Broccoli topped with Crabmeat, Roe and Scrambled Egg White.
7) Chilli Crabmeat with Golden Mantou.
8) Yam Paste with Gingko Nuts.
