Starting My Custom KJW KC02 Build – Initial Upgrades & Setup!

In this video, I start my custom build on the KWA KC02 gas blowback rifle. I begin by removing the bulky rail covers and picatinny rails from the front handguard to streamline the look and feel. Next, I swap out the original pistol grip for a high-quality one from PTS, followed by replacing the stock with a Magpul CTR for improved comfort and ergonomics. To top it off, I install a reproduction Aimpoint T-2 sight for enhanced aiming precision.

This is just the beginning of my KC02 build, and I’ll be making more changes and upgrades as I continue. I wanted to give you a look at my process and how I start a custom airsoft build. Let me know your thoughts on this setup and any suggestions for future upgrades!
