A poignant, slowly progressing piece for flute ensemble of flute choir. Scored for 4 flutes (in C), 2 alto flute parts, and 2 bass flute parts. If only 1 bass flute part is required, omit Bass flute I, play bass flute II - and it sounds fine. Optional contrabass flute (to play bass flute II).
