..a part of the river 'IJ' in Amsterdam - Netherlands (near the old pier 'Stenen Hoofd').
The stream is online on Tuesday, Thursday - Sunday from about 1.30 / 2 pm until somewhere in evening. Not on Monday & Wednesday.
