Before the song starts, I just want to let you know my lyrics are an interpretation of the original Japanese lyrics. They aren't meant to be word-for-word the same.
I based my translation off the official Distant Worlds translation and the English translation off AnimeLyrics, which can be found here if you're curious: http://www.animelyrics.com/game/final...
In case you're wondering, I'm not a fan of the official translation produced by Distant Worlds. I feel like the official translation has a ton of clunky, awkward lyrics. It may sound beautiful in Japanese, but it sounds rough in English to my ears.
The following lyrics are meant to be an alternative English adaption. I tried to keep the integrity of the original meaning as best as I could. However, my main priority was to describe the feelings Yuna has for Tidus in the game.
