Dashcam Video - Trailer loses a piece of aluminum - plus car driving with flat tire - 8/21/2025

I was on the way to the Goodwill Bins when I came across a scrapper towing their trailer with a cattywampus load of metal. It just wasn't loaded well at all and was hanging over both adjacent lanes. This was on St. Clair Avenue near E. 185th in Cleveland. I actually was going to turn into the Goodwill Bins and had my signal on but then decided to follow the guy for a bit and then he lost a small piece of aluminum. He pulled over but I guess decided to not pick it up and continued on his way. When I turned around a gold car went by with a flat tire, and as I passed them two other cars coming the other way ran over the piece of aluminum, which you can hear towards the end of the video. And I did find some good stuff at the Goodwill Bins too!
