Cuatro amigos —Pedro, Manuel, Carlos y yo— avanzamos paso a paso hacia la imponente Cabeza Nevada.

El sendero nos pone a prueba entre piornos, roca y silencios que pesan más que la mochila.

Cada metro ganado es una pequeña victoria, cada mirada atrás, una promesa de lo que dejamos abajo.

Cuando el sol cae, el Refugio del Cervunal nos abre sus puertas como un bastión en mitad de la montaña.

La noche allí no se duerme: se escucha el viento, se cuentan historias y se afilan los sueños.

Bajo un cielo cargado de estrellas, la montaña parece observarnos, paciente y eterna.

Al amanecer, el frío despierta primero, luego la determinación.

La ascensión final es pura épica: esfuerzo, camaradería y voluntad llevada al límite.

Cabeza Nevada no se conquista, se respeta… y se recuerda para siempre.

Every meter gained is a small victory; every glance back, a promise of what we leave below.
As the sun sets, the Cervunal Refuge opens its doors to us like a bastion in the heart of the mountains.
The night there is not for sleeping: the wind is heard, stories are shared, and dreams are sharpened.
Beneath a sky filled with stars, the mountain seems to watch us—patient and eternal.

At dawn, the cold awakens first, then determination.
The final ascent is pure epic: effort, camaraderie, and willpower pushed to the limit.

Cabeza Nevada is not conquered—it is respected… and remembered forever.
