fresh or frozen strawberries
→ 1 ripe banana
→ 1/4 cup (70g) plain yogurt
→ 1/2 cup (120ml)
any nut milk of your preference
→ 2 tsp (20g)
honey or maple syrup
→ 1/2 tsp (2,5ml)
pure vanilla extract
