Approximately 100 tents occupied by asylum seekers were removed from Dublin’s Grand Canal this morning for the third time this month. The multi-agency operation aimed to move occupants to alternative accommodation, with buses ready to transport them. The government stated that new beds have become available in Citywest and other locations across the country, easing the pressure on Dublin.
