Pork & Fermented Horse Gram Paste
This is one of the very popular curry in Myanmar.I wrote previous post which Burmese say that the best taste in meat is pork, leaf is pickled tea leave and fruit is mango. Yes, those three are my favorite too. People who don't like or eat pork please ignore. Middle part of our country side, we plant various of beans and peas ,we dry horse gram peas, after boiled,made paste,keep fermented. We made fermented paste with onion salad too.I had posted before.please check my previous video.

INGREDIENTS:
400g pork-cleaned and cut
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 nos onion-ground
6 cloves garlic-ground
1 nos ginger-ground
2 tbsp fermented horse gram beans paste
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp paprika powder
salt to taste
*hand full of love-don't skip it :)
