Amazon Fail: My Sena Helmet Was Used, Dirty, and Didn’t Work

Ordered what was supposed to be a brand-new Sena M1 Evo helmet from Amazon. What I received? A scratched, dirty, clearly used helmet with no tags, no instructions, and it wouldn’t even turn on — complete with someone else’s hair inside. Totally unacceptable.
