Ingredients:
Veggie Marinate:
Dahi / Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Red chili Powder - 1 tsp
Biryani masala - 2 tbsp
garammasala-1 tsp
Green chili, ginger,garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Salt - according to taste
Coriander leaves - 3-4 tbsp
Mint - 2-3 tbsp
cilantro n mint leaf paste with lemon - 2 tbsp
Veggies(your choice) & Paneer - 1 1/2 to 2 cup total
fried onion - 1 big
fried bread- 3 slice
Cashewnuts fried
For Rice:
Water - 6-7 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
whole garam masala (shah jeera , black pepper, green cardamom, black cardamom, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, clove)
Salt - 1 - 2 tbsp
Basmati Rice - 2 1/2 cup (soaked for 30 mins)
For Assembling:
Ghee - 1 tbsp
whole garam masala
Cashewnuts fried - 3 tbsp
Birista / Fried Onion - 6-7 tbsp
milk and turmeric - 1/2 cup
kevda water - 2 tbsp
