Today I’m taking you along for a realistic, budget-friendly Trader Joe’s grocery haul. Food prices are climbing, so I’ve been rethinking how I shop — choosing simple whole foods that are affordable, versatile, and easy to prep for the week.

Whether you’re shopping for just yourself or a family of four — this video is for you. I’m showing how I plan ahead, make a grocery list with only what I need and shop intentionally without overspending. My goal: keep this haul under $50. Can I do it? Let’s see!

🌿 Pumpkin Spice Protein Pancake Recipe:
3 tbsp flour (I use buckwheat or spelt)
2 tbsp protein powder (or 1 scoop) - I'll link to my favorite below
Pinch sea salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp maca (optional) or collagen (optional)
1 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon
1 egg
Plant based milk - I use soy or almond (measure based on how thick or thin you want your mix)
1 tsp coconut or EVOO - for cooking
-Stir together and let sit 3-5 minutes. Cook pancakes and enjoy with your favorite toppings: berries, chia jam, banana, nut butter or stewed apples.
