This amazing time-lapse footage shows the construction of United Utilities huge underground storage tank at Anchorsholme Park, in Blackpool.
During intense rainfall, this tank will prevent untreated storm water going back into bathing waters along the coast, storing it until it is ready for treatment.
This formed part of the first phase of work, aimed at improving bathing water quality along the Fylde Coast.
