• Around 4:00, I talk about Nook always buying at 8x the invested price. This would imply that it does not matter what your initial investment is, since you’ll always get the same profit percentage. This is true, but if your goal is to maximize money, it still makes sense to priotize a higher buying price. This is because the game limits you with inventory space and time. You can only buy turnips for a few hours on Sunday morning, so it still makes sense to buy at the highest price if you can afford it, else you’ll have to spend multiple hours over several Sundays.
