PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE RECIPE;
Ingredients:
Peanut butter (2 tbsp)
Greek Yogurt (50g)
Almonds (10)
Walnuts (4)
Basil Seeds (2tsp)
Water (optional)- as required per consistency
Bonvia (natural stevia based sweetener)
Directions:
Take all the ingredients in above mentioned quantity. Take a blender and put all the ingredients one by one, remember that water and artificial sweetener are optional so you can add them as per your choice. Now Blend them very well and have a healthy yummiest smoothie to enjoy.
