This has to be the most realistic Gmod map I have ever seen! This map was made using a 3D scan of a real bedroom, so that's why the quality and resolution of this map is so high. This is very impressive, and I hope that more maps like this are made in the future! I doubt that many more of these types of maps will be made though, because I'm sure the 3D scanning is quite expensive.
( This map runs surprisingly well on Nillerusr's Source SDK 2013 Engine port for Android, you should definitely try the map out! )
