Join Bob Rohr, Michael Ridler and Max Rohr for Three Degrees of Hydronic Design. During this online training session Michael will be live drawing mechanicals for three generations of hydronic systems. Michael, Bob and Max will then discuss the process of upgrading three different systems starting with Cast Iron, re-drawing and retrofitting into a condensing boiler and finally into an air to water heat pump application.
The three will also discuss the distinct challenges of converting from high temp to low temp without completely re piping the entire building as well as limitations and road blocks to watch for converting from cast boilers to condensing.
During each step of the live whiteboard design we will invite questions and have an open discussion on each aspect of the three different designs. This is a great opportunity to learn about system design and the keys to retrofitting common systems.
