In this video, Cuba for Cruisers, Clearance at Santiago, we arrive in Cuba, sail past the infamous Guantanamo Bay American Naval Reserve, then on to Santiago for customs clearance, immigration and PCR testing at the Marina. We visit the town of Santiago, then Dan finds a welder who can repair our broken traveller.
