I've bought two frames from the thrift store that need to be brushed down and dusted with a rag. We begin with nice brushing sounds getting the loose debris out of the cracks and textured areas, then go in with a spray bottle and use a microfiber rag to wipe down everything. No Talking throughout for relaxation or sleep.
We reuse this canvas in the future by painting over it - don't worry, it was not worth anything!
