The Horn of Africa, consisting of Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti and Somalia is sticking out of eastern Africa and contains extreme examples of fertility and barrenness, summits and depths, and prosperity and despair.

Join in on a journey across the breathtaking Ethiopian Highlands which tower over Africa, the extremely hostile Afar Triangle which lies at the wake of three tectonic plates, and along the barren Somali coast with its turbulent history and challenging natural geography.
