Loan modification denied! What do you do It´s not the End!!

So many people, so many attorneys even, think that mortgage servicers are always right, and a denial of a loss mitigation application - meaning, a request for a modification - is the end of the road.

It is not!

Mortgage companies make mistakes ALL THE TIME, and they get away with it many times because people so often do not know their rights.

If you get a modification application denial that does not tell you EXACTLY the reason you were denied, how can you appeal that denial?

If you do not have information as to exactly the reason for the denial, then the mortgage company has violated your right to appeal.

There are many other ways to attack a denial of a modification, many of which can provide attorney fees, damages and a new loan modification.
