3 – Breathing Practices to improve the Breathing Pattern.

Morning Session 6:30 Am – 7:30 Am
Weekly 5 days (Daily 1 hour) (MON – TUE – WED – FRI - SAT)
Thursday and Sunday Two Days Off
Evening Session - 5 to 6 pm weekly 3 days ( Mon - Wed - Fri )

• Wed – Asana techniques
• Thursday – Rest Day
• Fri – Different Types for practices and techniques for flexibility
• Sat – Asana Holding Practice Each Asana Holding 1 Minute
• Sun – Rest Day
