Ingredients:
3–4 raw bananas (green)
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1–2 green chilies (slit)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 tomato (finely chopped)
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Boil raw bananas in water for 5–6 mins, peel, and cut into cubes.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and green chilies.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and onion; sauté till golden.
4. Add tomatoes and spices, cook till oil separates.
5. Add banana cubes, mix well, and cook for 3–4 mins on low flame.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with roti or paratha.
