In this video, I showed a 400W/100A electronic load I built using two IXTK90N25L2 linear MOSFETs. This electronic load can dissipate at least 400W continuously and can withstand a load of more than 1KW for a few seconds in pulsed operation. http://www.kerrywong.com/2017/01/15/a...
