Samsung Syncmaster 2220WM Power Supply Board Capacitor Replacement, Flashing Blue Standby Light Fix

In this episode, I will be repairing and modifying a Samsung Syncmaster WM2220 monitor power supply board in order to solve a common issue of a blinking blue light. Some of the capacitors on this board were bulging and had vented electrolitic fluid. In order to increase the reliability and longevity of the board, the replacement capacitor voltage was increased for every electrolitic capacitor populated in the circuit. Below is a list of the replacement capacitors that were used and where they were populated on the board using the board notations. Enjoy!

2x 35v 680uf (815, C816)
2x 35v 470uf (C501, C817)
3x 100v 47uf (C807, C820, C827)
3x 25v 220uf (C704, C705, C706)
1x 25v 10uf (C713)
