I joined a special cupping event hosted by Seven Miles Coffee Roasters in Newcastle! As someone who's used their blends for years, it was super exciting to finally taste their single origin offerings — and compare how they brew across hand brew vs batch brew.
This video captures the full experience: cupping, behind-the-scenes coffee moments, and even a surprise latte art throwdown

At the end, I also managed to bring home all four coffees — which means new flavours coming to my café soon.
