Filipino Chicken Adobo with Basmati Rice (Biryani style cooking) Fusion Experiment
When I tried to make Biryani, I thought this would be good too with Philippines' famous Adobo so I tried it and it's so yummy!
Cook your Adobo and Basmati rice as you like with onions and potatoes cut like french fries. Browning of cooked Chicken and then assemble in order: Rice, Chicken, Potatoes, Fried Onions and last is the sauce to coat the rice evenly not too much sauce it will make it soggy. Enjoy 😊
