The PBJ Burger | Ask Barry #3

The peanut butter jelly burger - I HAD to replicate this. I tried one at a restaurant and it blew my tastebuds off! The buns are topped with satay and sweet chilli jam respectively, then wedged with a big old patty, bacon and 2 cheeses that melt on to it like a charm! I really, really liked this recipe & hope you can give it a try!
