For Steaming the Fish
580 g Whole White Fish (1 1/2 pound)
Salt and Black Pepper
1 by 1/2-inch piece Ginger
2 Spring Onions
For the Sauce
1/4 Cup light Soy Sauce
1 TSP Sugar
1 TBSP Water
Drizzle over the fish after steaming
1/4 Cup of Oil
1 TSP sesame oil
After steaming (Garnish)
1 by 1/2 inch piece ginger (julienned)
1 Spring onion, white and green parts only
1 Red Chilli (deseeded and julienned)
