15 mls (1/2 oz) Lemon juice
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass

40 mls ( 1 1/3 oz) Vodka
20 mls ( 2/3 oz) Limoncello
20 mls (2/3 oz) Fresh lemon Juice
10 mls (1/ 3 oz) Monin Coconut Syrup
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass
Lemon Twist Garnish
Pick me Up Gin And Tonic
30 mls (1oz) Gin
20 mls (2/3 oz) Coffee Liqueur
20 mls (2/3 oz) Limoncello
Shake and pour over ice in tall glass
Top up with Tonic Water
